I had bought this sofa about 2 years ago and the fabric on the arms and seat are peeling. I purchased the 5 year warranty with it but the 1st issue I had the company rather than ordering parts to fix the problem decided to just give me a credit that wasn't even enough to replace the sofa which canceled out the warranty. Now im stuck with a sofa that 2 years later is peeling. I live alone so I am mainly the only person sitting on the sofa and it's already like this. It's not worth the money.

I bought all 3 pieces. Complete waste of money. I’ve had almost 3 years, the middle part of the couch has collapsed and that was after maybe 2 years. The leather or whatever it is on the seems is completely coming off. There pretty to look at but very uncomfortable. Already looking into buying a new set.

I ordered all 3 pieces: the couch, love seat, and single recliner chair. The only one I like out of all is the recliner chair. The chairs are very squeaky when reclining. Also, couches are a little too firm for our liking. Not good for long periods sitting down. Also, the arm rests are high and hard as a rock... You cannot spread out or lay across and they don't recline all the way back. Already looking for new couches because these are terribly uncomfortable. Would not recommend.
Happy, but the reclining motor is noisy.

The sofa makes a lot more noise when using the power recliner then the love seat we purchased with it. Not sure why that is and if someone could come out and look at it. It’s very noticeable and kinda bothersome in a way. It is harder then the one in the showroom, but I’m sure that’s to be expected since it needs to break in. Other then those issues, we are happy with it.

I loved the way this furniture looked and it fit our room perfectly. We bought 2 couches and a recliner. Unfortunately, they are not even 2 years old and the fabric on the seams is substancially peeling already. I am so very disappointed that this is in our main living room and already looks cheap and falling apart. I would not recommend this furniture if you plan to actually use it. Additionally, it is incredibly uncomfortable to lay on. Reclining is fine but laying down is not comfortable.

We bought 2 recliners and sofa. My husband did not even try out. He saw, he wanted. He lived in recliner. Myself, I am 6” shorter than he is, set very uncomfortable. I could not get it in position where it never hurt my back or where my head rested comfortably. Three years and I have not sat in over hour. There is no manual backup, if power goes off while in reclining position and couch is very slow to move. He loved it, and I hate. Faux leather does not hold up well. Where he sits has worn.

Started being very noisy after a couple months when opening and closing the recliner. It’s very uncomfortable, there is no give to it. Outlets in middle console stopped working after about a year. Couch also starting tearing after a year.

We like the couch. We had a great delivery team. They were early by hours so they helped us move our other couch. Set up the couch very efficiently.
