submitted byTerra - 7 years agoTarget staff supportA: The top rim is white. The base is transluscent, but not transparent. If you have trash in it, u can see that there is trash through the sides, but probably can't make out what the items are.

Don’t hesitate, buy it!! Bought 3 for each of our updated bathrooms. Looks very sleek , updated and love the frosted look with the white band at the top.
