submitted by Jessart1 - 8 years ago
  • A: We don't use that one specifically but one that came with our diaper bag and have had no issues. I will say that at times the issue we have is that they are difficult to dispense BUT I do not mind at all because we absolutely love these wipes!!!

submitted byVero - 8 years ago
  • A: Yes, that's what we've used in our home for 2 years without any issues. We have one in the kitchen for messy meals and one for dirty diapers in the changing area. Both filled with WaterWipes.

Q: Did the texture or material of these wipes change? I’m not sure what the right terminology is, but I’m now having to pick off stringy residue.

submitted by Heather - 1 month ago
  • A: We're disappointed to hear that you didn't have a great experience with our WaterWipes baby wipes. We have made improvements to the material, but it should not be leaving "strings" or "shedding". Our wipes go through strict quality controls to ensure they reach you in the best condition, so we'd like to learn more to see how we can help. Could you please contact our customer care team on info@waterwipes.com so we can look into this further for you?
