I see comments from early April saying there's no smell. I don't know if they got older wipes because mine definitely have a strong order that hit me the moment I opened the package. Looked it up to see if I might have expired wipes but nope. Even others have reported the smell of chemicals. Looks like the formula changed and benzalkonium chloride was added. This is a known skin irritant and shouldn't be used with people with asthma or skin disorders. Happy these were a baby shower present because I can't get over the smell.

We're disappointed to hear that you didn't have a great experience with our WaterWipes baby wipes. We can reassure you that the only thing we have changed to our wipes in the last 5+ years is the material. We have not changed or introduced anything new to the formulation, we use the same water, purified in the same way, with the same drop of fruit extract we have used since WaterWipes were first created. You can information on every pack around the trace amounts of Benzalkonium Chloride. The level that exists in WaterWipes is extremely small and has no impact on safety of the product. Our wipes contain 0.1% fruit extract which in turn contains trace amounts of Benzalkonium Chloride so the overall content in the finished pack is negligible. To give you an idea, it can also be found in traces within Children’s nasal drops, Children’s plasters and some Baby bum creams. If you wish to discuss further, please contact our customer care team on info@waterwipes.com.

The packaging is great. Even after multiple uses the protective cover on the wipes still sticks the same. I would highly recommend this product.

They have no scent and don’t irritate my sons sensitive skin. Just wipe and toss them out. Great to have on hand or in your car for easy clean up

My baby cousins skin normally gets irritated easily, but these didn't bother him at all. They weren't half dried out like some other ones. Good wipes overall

These are so much wetter then generic brand which makes you use less wipes which helps you save money! They are a little more pricey than the generic brand but well worth it in my opinion!

The wipe itself is too small for my liking & the texture feels rather cheap , not what I expected for a wipe as pricer than most wipe brands. Other brands have this bubbly texture that feels good to actually “wipe” and are way cheaper. My suggestions are to make the wipes longer & more textured to actually make it worth the price.

And they feel like they are just sitting in water the amount of dripping that came off of them. They weren’t my favorite wipes at all but work well when you use 2-3 wipes at a time.
