Q: When you say the may is 24x36, is that the exact size of the mat opening? I have a 24x36" poster that I'm trying to frame and can't have the mat be exactly the same time (should be a little smaller).

A: Yes, the overall dimensions from the outer edge of each side of the frame measure 18" x18", and the actual frame opening is 16" x 16".

A: The styrene is removable for the 16"x16" size frame, but is glued in and not removable for both the 22"x28" and 27"x40" size frames.

Q: what are the actual measurements of the frame? the mat doesn't look wide enough for the frame to really be 22x28". description says matted to 18x24" which means a 4" mat all the way around.

Terrible packaging and quality. The box was damaged upon arrival and had no padding inside. The frame was cracked in multiple places and the acrylic was broken. When I went to exchange, it was out of stock. Customer service gave a refund but was very rude and did not make it easy. I expected more from target and this was disappointing.

These frames work wonderful for hanging or putting on a photo ledge! I have kids and wanted some frames for a photo ledge that if were to fall would not break or hurt anyone, and not super expensive if needed to be replaced. No real glass but can’t tell when up on the shelf! Wish there were more sizes. Beautiful natural wood color

I bought the 27x40 size during Rarget Circle Week. I put an expensive Audubon print in it today and the corner of the frame broke and it fell off the wall and broke into multiple pieces within an hour of hanging it up. I hung it per the instructions. I’m very sad about the situation.

Bought 2 of these and ordered pictures of my kids’ silhouettes to place in them. They arrived today and I was so excited to pop these out of the cellophane and put their silhouettes inside only to discover both had giant scratches on the plastic. They’re otherwise beautiful and the larger frame I got of the same brand and color is great. I’m hopeful to exchange without issue, but am super bummed that both had the same giant scratch. Look the frame over like a hawk before you buy — at a glance and with the glare from the cellophane, it’s hard to notice.

I love these frames! for the size, the price is just right. I love love love the color, it’s such a perfect neutral color with a cool undertone. I will say these should only be purchased in person so you can make sure the quality is good! I did make the mistake of not checking all of mine before purchasing and one was definitely a little warped but i just exchanged it for a better one, no questions asked :)

This is a great option for this size of a frame! It is sturdier than most frames and is true to size. I put a vintage movie poster in it and it’s held up well and hanging it up was a breeze.

The quality is pretty bad. Target does not ship things well. So many of my items have arrived broken. The whole corner arrived broken on mine. Now I have to figure out how to send it back because I no longer have a big enough box.
