I'm always looking for certain foods that will give me more protein and less carbs. So I thought I would give these smart ones meals a try. I was a little disappointed with this product. The actual meal looked nothing like the picture on the box. The pieces of turkey breast looked so much bigger. When I opened it and took it out of the box I soon discovered that it only had a few thin pieces of turkey breast. You do get a lot of gravy and mashed potatoes. I will say it had a good flavor. I still ate it because it gave me 19 g of protein and was only 170 calories. Was it a meal that left me feeling full, absolutely not. So I would recommend this meal for a quick lunch.

I liked this Smart Ones brand slow roasted turkey breast frozen meal. I like that it has 19g of protein. It's easy to digest if you have a weak stomach. It's flavorful and tasty. I like the gravy the best. The turkey is good size and quality meat.

This is the worst TV dinner I've ever had. I don't use salt and I always buy no- or low-sodium foods. This meal is flavorless, the meat is sparse, and the potatoes are soupy. It is a bad snack, not even a meal.

Decided to try this for the first time, due to cover photo, description, price and sodium count within my allotment. So disappointing: a BIG watery mess. I cooked, stirred, then cooked for the exact recommended time. Potatoes were VERY liquidy and flavorless. I had to add both garlic and parsely, then more garlic again - but that barely made a dent. The "gravy" was completely watery. In order to try to flavor the potatoes, I spooned some of the watery gravy over the liquidy potatoes - thus the BIG WATERY MESS. Turkey was thinly cut and not as plentiful as shown on the cover. Sadly, I bought two of these and do not look forward to the experience of eating the second one.

Oh my goodness, this is my favorite. The mashed potatoes taste real and not too runny. The turkey is soft and real tasting. The gravy I could drink. Wish I had their recipe. The only thing I would like them to change is the amount of turkey. Some have a good amount but others are skimpy
