The flavor was good, but the candy was stuck to the wrapper in almost every piece (I had one or two that were perfect). I thought maybe I got a bad bag but I actually bought 2 bags and both of them were like this! They weren’t kept in a hot area, so it seems like a quality control issue? Unfortunate. The hard candy version was excellent though.

They’re all melted and impossible to get out of the paper, have to scrape it loose until it’s a stingy mess with half the Carmel still stuck to the paper.

These are good, but there’s no apple flavor at all so it’s pointless to eat these tbh. Plus the caramel sticks to the wrapper and it’s a bit hard to come off

I used to love this product. It was always a favorite autumn buy of mine. Unfortunately, it's really gone downhill. They must have changed the formulation. The product now totally sticks to the wrapper, making it impossible to eat. You can scrape off maybe half with your teeth, but that's inefficient and also just an unpleasant eating experience. Such a shame.

How disappointing to get these wonderful caramels and they are melted in a big mess. Were they stored by a heating vent? I put into freezer to firm up. Hope it works to at least get some enjoyment.

Always a fan of Werther’s Original Caramels, but these Limited Edition Caramel Apple flavored ones taste like strong fake apple flavor was used in making them and unfortunately no one in my family liked them at all. I threw the rest of the bag out.
