Q: I’m not using mine and the lights won’t turn off. It hasn’t been in use for several hours but its been lighting up my garage. Is the only way to turn light off by taking out battery because that’s what I had to do?

A: It should turn off when the dome of the sprinkler stops spinning. Please contact us at customercare@primetimetoys.com for further support or a replacement. The batteries are replacable at the bottom of the sprinkler base in case the batteries do run out. It runs off 3 AAA batteries that are included in the item upon purchase.

Q: How long do the lights stay on? Do I have to return this? Will it work if the batteries are dead? Kinda disappointing that it’s dark, told the kids to go to bed and the sprinkler lights are still flashing!

A: The lights are motion activated. They are also LED lights. They have long-lasting life, and you should be in a position to replace the three "AAA" batteries on the bottom of the Sprinkler if you do want to change the batteries out of caution.

Fun toy, provably best for toddlers
This turned out great; haven’t used it in the dark yet but it does have batteries already in it. I think the tubes could have been a larger gauge to have a more robust streams of water, but overall like it.

Poorly designed
Water pours out of the bottom of the sprinkler, a huge waste! Terrible design. The kids are enjoying it but the area it’s placed in becomes a swamp immediately. Not worth it, even on sale.

Fun Sprinkler
My girls have a trampoline and I thought what fun to put a sprinkler underneath it! It shoots pretty high, but it does better on top of the sprinkler. It came with batteries included! It lights up for night fun and the tubes can hook into the holes on the bottom for easy storage. Nice sprinkler for the kids!

Doesn't work.
This sprinkler is awful. All the water leaks out of the bottom of the sprinkler base and floods the yard, and doesn’t spin after one use.

For the people complaining about the tubes being useless you can unhook them and they wiggle around when the water is connected if your kids don’t like the crazy water you can keep them hooked to the bottom so that water only sprays out the middle while it’s spinning

Safe your Money!
I wish I could give it 0 stars. Water barely comes out the spinning part and trickles out of the blue and yellow tubes. Can’t return it. What a waste of money.

Dumps water out bottom instead of sprinkling.
Dumps more water out the bottom instead of spraying. Kids were living the sprinkler, and I was confused that the yard was instantly flooded even though it puts out a gentle sprinkle. I picked it up and 90% of the water was dumping out the bottom. What a waste of water. Cut the play short and I will try to return it.
