Whisker Litter-Robot 4 Ramp

The way this and every other accessory attaches to the robot is so weak, unreliable and imprecise. It's tough to know if you even have this all attached right, and it's so flimsy when it is, you're more likely to scare your cat from ever trying your robot.

Before I got these stairs, my kitten wouldn’t come near the LB. Once I got these stairs, she hops right in! And it helps with tracking on the floor a lot

Our two boys would jump from the entrance of the box to avoid the steps so we took it away.

I kinda feel lied to with this item, it keeps popping off when my smaller cat walks on it, my larger cat will jump up into the shield so it doesn't do that with him but now my one cat refuses to use the litter robot at all because its scared her, from literally popping off as shes going up to the entrance. Its supposed to work with the shield but as soon as the stairs go the entire shield comes off with it. It says it in the description its supposed to work together, but it doesn't actually work with it like its supposed to. I have had to keep putting it all back together nearly every day since getting it. Its pops on, but doesn't stay. You guys need to fix this issue. I wish i could get a dang refund. That was a pretty expensive purchase just to be lied to. Feels kinda gimmicky and cheap. Like not how a company should operate, especially at these price points. You guys need to fix your product or remove the accessory altogether. Its really crappy literally.

I have had this for about 4 days and every time I come home from work the ramp is disconnected. It doesn’t sturdily stay on the litter robot even with the shield in place which then results in the shield coming off. I’m now having to re condition my cats to use the litter robot since they are terrified of it since the ramp keeps popping off. Very disappointed in this product. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I knew they weren’t going to serve their purpose.

Highly Recommend for 3 reasons: 1) Essential for my old, unstable cat 2) Made it easier to acclimate the cats by feeding treats on the stairs 3) Surprisingly good a trapping the litter so it doesn't spread on the floor

One of our older cats has not been well lately and was having trouble climbing into one of the two Robot 4s we have. Got the ramp to see if it would make life easier for her - and immediately, she just climbed away and went in! All the other cats have taken to it quickly and there is no doubt we are getting mere traces of liter when they get out, as opposed to before when we always had a track of liter on the floor. Also, by removing the fence and using it that way, we simply lift up the ramp to dump any liter on the steps back into the drum. Loved it so much I immediately ordered a second one for the other Robot4! A great addition.

My cat just jumps over these stairs and tracks litter everywhere. I took them off, and she still jumps out of the robot and gets litter everywhere, but it's reduced by about half without the stairs. They may work well for older cats who refuse to jump.

Couldn’t use cause would keep coming off. Complete waste of money.

Steps caused a lot more mess. Referral didn't work for family our names or something else was too close.

Litter that falls on ths steps, just lift and drop is back into the robot

I bought the steps as I have a brand new kitten that I wanted to introduce to the litter robot. Works great!

I love the hinge on the litter robot 4 step. I didn’t think I would need one since I had the 3 step with the adapter, but this one is so much easier to use since you do not have to remove it when opening the drawer. I highly recommend it.

It is well designed. Help to have less kitty litter tracked around the house.

I mostly got this, hoping that it would decrease the amount of cat litter that gets spread around my room, but it doesn’t really help all that much the way it connects to the litter box is less than ideal, and my cats tend to jump on it, which causes it to disconnect from the litter box altogether

Not sure how to rate this. My cat would not use the LR with yhis on. I left it for over 1 week and they never went in. So i removed the regular litter box to try ang get them in. But instead they used the mat where the regular box was at. Removed the ramp and all 3 went into the LR.

I’m so glad I decided to purchase the ramp for my litter robot -4. It helps to contain the extra bits of litter that gets stuck to their little paws.

Provide support needed to the litter box with the shield

I wanted to use this with the large fence for litter robot 4, but the attachment isn't secure. My cat is a larger wobbly cat, and whenever he used the ramp it would move and sometimes pop off. It's a great idea, and the ramp itself isn't bad, but if you plan on using it with the fence just know it does come off pretty easily. Just a suggestion, but would consider making a ramp with siding, too. My wobbly cat would fall off the side occasionally, and my other cat would just jump off the side of it and spill litter everywhere, if there was an option with siding and a better attachment point it would be great.

Bought this as my cats weren't using the robot after a month. The ramp isn't as stable as I'd like it to be -- it can sway since nothing locks it in place and my cats were very weary of it.
