Gave this tree to a dear friend who was not in much of a Christmas mood. It only has one setting, not nine. It is not in "cement" but he didn't know what to call it. He shamed me for buying it and said he hoped I didn't pay $20 for it as that would have been over-priced. Not sure whether to return it ot bite the bullet. SHAME on you Target for not checking into your products better. I paid $54 plus tax!
