Roast these white mushrooms whole with garlic and butter or olive oil for a quick and easy side, or slice them, saute over the stove and add to pasta dishes or stir-fries. If you want to try something different, remove the stems and stuff the caps with cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and your favorite spices to bake in the oven — or let them marinate in olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss them on the grill for fun, vegetarian-friendly sliders. Excellent produce
Lately, the produce at Target has been looking and tasting great. I was extremely happy with all of the salad stuff I bought last night. The prices were reasonable and the choices were many. Beautiful bunches of cilantro and parsley for 0.89c each. What? Beautiful white mushrooms that were actually white instead of the nasty brown-ish turning ones at Wal-Mart. Thank you target.

Rotten produce with drive up
Would put zero stars if I could. Did drive up and these mushrooms have an expiration date of tomorrow! They’re brown and some rotten already. Also they have a discount sticker on them and I was charged full price. Drive up sucks for produce. Not the 1st time I’ve been given rotting veggies and fruit! Target needs to get their produce checked regularly to dispose of items. Or maybe get someone who actually knows how to do fulfillment, unacceptable.
