Wholesome is the best!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I make organic air popped Carmel corn (and sell it at craft fairs). This is the only corn syrup I will use in my batches. I use Wholesome products in most of my recipes. Quality ingredients are what make the best tasting quality foods!

Read the ingredients before you buy - not 100% corn syrup
I like this because it's organic but would like this even more if it was 100% corn syrup without any weird additives like natural flavor and invert sugar syrup. For the price you pay, it really should be more pure. I will be searching for something better.

Happy and not happy
Ordered this corn syrup many times and love the old recipe that included vanilla. Still will use your product because it is the best but NO VANILLA, what are you thinking? Would be a ten star but the vanilla was the perfect amount and was part of the taste. My hopes are for wholesome to reconsider their new recipe.

This is the only corn syrup that I use for my pies
I stand by this product 100%. It is the best corn syrup out there. I have already reviewed it 2 years ago and I gave it the best and highest rating. My review is entitled "Perfection". I want to comment on another review entitled "Surprised by flavor of vanilla.", and is up there as the most liked Negative review. Karo has vanilla in it, so I don't know what the reviewer is talking about. Why be surprised when the leading conventional corn syrup also has vanilla?

Vanilla overpowering
I want organic corn syrup to make candies and fudge but this is not benign in my recipes like refined traditional corn syrup. Charges everything to taste like vanilla. I wish they could produce this without adding the flavoring.

misleading label, actually VANILLA FLAVORED
I bought this for a recipe but it's not suitable to purpose due to the vanilla flavoring. If you're going to do something unconventional like adding vanilla to corn syrup that should be much more prominent on the label and arguably should be included in the product name rather than tricking people into thinking they are buying regular albeit organic corn syrup. The label on my bottle has tiny blue text on yellow and the information about the vanilla flavoring is very easy to miss. People mostly buy corn syrup to cook with and having it come with poorly advertised added vanilla is just weird.

I would buy this product again and again!
I like to use Organic Lite Corn Syrup whenever I have a recipe that calls for conventional corn syrup. It works wonders for homemade candy and other confections!

Perfection
This makes the best Pecan Pie I have ever made. To substitute conventional corn syrup, I had switched to light maple syrup after trying Agave, Rice Syrup, and Cane Syrup. None of them were right and the set was different than traditional Pecan Pie I finally tried Wholesome Corn Syrup. It is SO good. Finally, my Pecan Pie tastes exactly as it should without having to resort to conventional corn syrup.
