This is so different than nonorganic brown sugar. There is a higher molasses content and so is so very flavorful and awesome in baked goods. The only issue I have with this is that it gets hard so fast so one has to revitalize it often following instructions on the package.

This dark brown sugar is very dark, moist, and has a rich complex flavor. It is like no other brown sugar I have used, and I would prefer to not use any other kind again. Glad I tried it!

Great dark brown sugar. Real organic dark brown sugar adds a special touch to my holiday baking. I only make sweetened items for Xmas, and only want the best ingredients in them. This fit the bill.
