Q: I see where the music volume can be adjusted, but is it possible to lower the microphone output volume?

A: The microphone volume can be adjusted by quickly double pressing the volume + or volume - buttons. You may need to do it 3 or 4 times to lower it enough.

A: To use the microphone, plug it in and switch it on, but also make sure the karaoke machine itself is powered on. If it’s still not working, try adjusting the volume or check the connection.

This is the worst! We are a musical theater family and the little kids have every Disney musical singing mic and karaoke machine that exists. This one seemed like a step up from those but it hardly compares. At a $50 price point, there should be a way to turn the reverb on the mic OFF. It is on full and can’t be changed. The next song and volume button are the same button… the volume is way too loud and the sound quality is terrible. The lights don’t react to the sound, they just flash pink or green. It’s so bad. And on top of all that, for $50 you don’t even get preloaded clips of wicked music. This is just a terribly overpriced, poor quality Bluetooth speaker. With so many great examples of branded karaoke toys out there, I can’t believe how hard they missed on this one. What a disappointment. Returned.

My kids love singing karaoke so this was a brilliant item for them. It pairs easily with my phone but honestly my kids just like the microphone and speaker so most times they put music or karaoke on the tv and sing using the mic with speaker. The microphone has different sound effects which my kids think is so funny. It has an echo effect that I’m pretty positive you have to turn off every time you turn it on. There is also no volume control. If you are able to handle your kids talking and singing into the microphone every minute for days then this is for you! Because it’s loud! The microphone HAS to be plugged in which can be annoying if you’re singing together. The cord is a decent length though.

Overpriced piece of plastic. This is marketed as a functional karaoke machine but all it really does is have an annoying echo on the microphone that can’t be turned off. Also the volume button and the next track button are the same button so it’s really not user friendly for an adult, and especially not a child. Very disappointing.

I read the negative reviews and kind of didn’t believe them, but they’re right. First, even on the lowest setting, as someone else noted, it’s way too loud. The mic default is an echo mode which you have to turn off every time you power the machine on. It’s essentially a Wicked-branded Bluetooth speaker that my child very badly wanted. She does enjoy it but it’s a little bit of a hassle to play songs from my phone. It would just be more convenient if functionality was better-contained within the unit to allow my kids to operate it independently. It’s like they conducted no customer feedback in the development of this product.

We got this as a gift. The microphone it came with did not work so we contacted the manufacturer and they sent us a new one. “Even though it’s not covered under the manufacturer warranty” This microphone lasted about a week and now doesn’t work.

Wow, this one is a woozy. With three kids I’ve had my share of annoying toys but this might be one of my biggest regrets. We have the karaoke switch game Sing and play as a family all the time so I thought this would be a fun alternative…. It is so loud (even on the lowest setting), and so incredibly obnoxious as it’s stuck in some weird echoing filter so it’s Glinda gone way bad for every note… I had to take this away from my three yr old just two minutes in because it was so obnoxious. I will pass this along to my greatest enemy only. Yes, it’s that bad. Maybe ours is broken or stuck or something but I cannot for the love of humanity recommend this one as is.

I won Aunt of the year with this! I gave it to my niece for her birthday and she loves it! Her parents don’t which is wonderful, haha! It’s loud and the colors are beautiful. It is easy to set up and use.

What an adorable machine! This machine has a microphone attached so they can sing to their favorite songs. The light show is an added bonus. I love the bluetooth feature where you can steam music. My daughter loves to dance and sing with this machine.

This karaoke machine is so much fun. We pulled it out of the box, charged it, connected my phone and we were singing away. We love how the lights change colors. The mic cord is a nice length. The cord to charge it is a bit short and we wished it had a few more settings but overall it is so easy to use. The whole family is entertained by this new toy.

Absolutely loving this MP3 karaoke machine from “Wicked” movie! Extremely simple to set up and connect to Bluetooth very easily. You can play the karaoke songs from the actual musical and sing along with them! i’m extremely impressed by the quality of the sound. The colors are super vibrant and the light show is awesome! Great sound quality with a microphone, too! This is a great device for grown-ups and kids alike. Charged rather quickly and held the charge throughout the night. High-quality and super fun!

The Wicked Bluetooth MP3 Karaoke with Light Show is pretty cool, it’s pink and has flashing lights. You can stream music from any compatible device, you can just sing along or you could record also, you do need an USB flash drive to record. My kids love the microphone being able to sing into it and feeling like a rockstar. It does have five buttons, you know the play pause, fast-forward, reverse, record, and mode. Overall, the kids have lots of fun playing with this.

My Daughter loves to sing. With this karaoke machine she can sing and record from streaming music. I love the Bluetooth option. You can use many different devices with this machine. She likes to use her laptop. It has a rechargeable battery and a USB cord to charge it with. It comes with an adjustable light show which can be switched with one of the top buttons. There is a USB expansion slot where she can record and store her material. We have had tons of fun with this so far!

The Wicked Bluetooth mp3 player with microphone is so much fun!! My kids absolutely love it because of the movie that just came out. I have younger ones who think it’s so much fun! It lights up when using it and is super pretty!! The fact you can connect your phone to it is really helpful and easy. My kids love being able to sing with the microphone and have been having dance parties! It’s given them countless hours of fun!
