False advertising
This is advertised as wild caught, but if you look at the back of the package it says wild caught or FARMED.! Needs to say that on the front of the package. It’s from Thailand! Very small and if farmed probably has antibiotics and raised in very poor conditions. No more of this for me! ! !

Lower Prices
The flounder is good, the only thing I have a problem with is the pricing stop raising the price. I have bought the frozen flounder because the price was $8.99 and the price has risen. Stop raising your prices. I come there because the place I buy my groceries doesn't sell it so I have to come there. If prices keep rising there I'll stop buying from there.

I would reccomend if the fish you want is not in stalk.
This was actually good . I usually get Tilapia buh they did not have any at that time. I was a little skeptical about getting this, I gave it a try it was decent. I cooked it in Louisiana Fish Fry Original (Blue Box). It was kinda thin buh not to bad. A good amount of fish came in the bag as well.

easy to cook
Nice, mild flavor and cooks quickly. Good option for weeknight dinners. Our teens aren’t huge fish fans, but this one went over pretty well when baked with seasoning.

Pretty good fit store brand.
Pretty good tasting fish. I used it in fish tacos, excellent outcome. Sadly, most Targets near me are no longer carrying it. 😩

It is extremely thin cut, after cooking nothing is left of it! Don’t waste your money.

Nasty
The fish taste is exaggerated and I’m pretty sure there is still some bone.

Best flounder
Tastes great when coated in flour with corn meal and fried. Love that each fillet is individually vacuum sealed. When will it be back in stock?

Smells
This fish is not handled correctly, happened 2nd time. It smells as if it was not frozen immediately or kept outside for long.

Comes with spines
Not bad. Comes with spines. I personally prefer the Good & Gather Alaska Pollock loins (also wild caught but boneless) for the sake of not having to cut spines out.

Light, flaky, fast, healthy!
Great find at local Target in downtown SF! Light, flaky, fast, healthy. Versatile for so many recipes; in the weekly rotation! Far better than tilapia. Wild line caught ... I'm hoping that's true! Oops, ate them before taking a picture! Next time ...

Friendly Fillets!
I bought these through Shipt delivery and cooked them last night. Great flavor and long fillets. The fact that are wild caught is a boon, too. Great fillets and great value for the money. Thanks, Target!

Great for meal prep
I prefer this over tilapia. They have a nice light buttery taste. I use these for meal prep weekly. With a little Lemon, Garlic, and Pepper.
