Description
The Winco ACS-4 is made of die-cast, polished aluminum which gives it a durable yet lightweight frame that's easy to manage. Perfect for restaurants and sandwich shops that occasionally need to slice down blocks of cheese by hand for special recipes. With an adjustable stainless steel wire and 4" wide blade, you can seamlessly cut thick or thin slices of cheese. The slicer features a built-in handle for a comfortable grip when slicing. This model is also hand wash only.

The first time I used the slicer, the very thin wire bent and stretched. For the cost I expected better. Will be returning.
