I had purchased other fountains, but a downside of them is they sprinkle water out onto wherever they are sitting. When this one came I was very excited to get it together and it's wonderful - - you can hear the water fall, but there are no water splashes all over. The water stays fully contained in the fountain. After seeing it work, I ordered another one.

It started leaking. Since I didn't know right away I had water all over my table top and down on my floor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fountain itself is beautiful. The size is perfect. You have to unplug and plug it in each time you want to use it. There is no way to control the water flow and it is quite fast. Because of this, it is not very relaxing to listen to.

For now I have chosen to place this fountain in the kitchen. My house being small we can hear it well. I especially like it because it does not splatter out at all.

This fountain arrived packed in tons of environmentally unfriendly Styrofoam, to which I greatly object. Even so, it was chipped in two places. The chips were minor and not noticeable, so I didn't request a replacement, especially since this fountain doesn't even have an on/off switch!! Every time I want to use it, I have to get down on hands and knees and plug it in. As a result, I don't use it and am not likely to keep it. The price was outrageous for what I received. I am highly disappointed and will not be making further purchases from this company, even though some of the products look intriguing.
