A: Our stools are somewhere between a crisp, bright white and an off white. I would describe them as being a soft white. We have a true bright white kitchen counter with flecks of silver and blue and the stools go very well with it. We also have a dining room table which has a painted, distressed off white base, and the stools appear to be very white while next to the dining room table. Hope this helps!

A: That's a good question. Our chairs are at the kitchen island and get very light use. There are a total of 5 people who use the chairs, all of whom are adults (My husband and I and 3 adult children who do not live at home, but visit). The largest adult in our house is 6'4" and weighs about 240 lbs. So far, the chairs have held up really well, but no one really tests them either. If you have a rambunctious person or someone who is large sized, I would be a bit concerned about how they may hold up. We have had no issues with normal use.

A: Bought a pair for my daughter almost 2 years ago now - have held up great. Were even moved from old apartment to new one - and not by professional movers. Really well made.

A: The cushion has a rounded back. Front across is 17 in. Front to back maximum is 15 1/2. Rounding starts 8 in. back.

A: The seat is 15 3/8" deep at it's center. But it is 13" deep on the right and left sides. You should know that the seat tapers toward the back, so it is only 16" wide at the back part of the seat, and it is 18" wide at the front edge of the seat. The shape of the seat is not a true rectangle. There is a curving of the backrest and there is a narrowing of the seat as it gets closer to the backrest. So, the back of the seat, closest to the backrest is 16" wide and it is 13" deep on each side. The front of the seat is 18" wide and the seat depth is 15 3/8" deep at the center of the seat. A: I have no idea what type of wood was used to manufacture these chairs. The ones I ordered are painted white and if the type of wood used was indicated in the packaging I did not take note of it. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

A: it was super simple. I believe it was just sticking the legs on.

A: The stool arrives in two pieces. The four legs are already connected at the top and you simply screw that base onto the bottom of the seat. The back of the seat is already attached. It only takes a few minutes.

A: In my opinion, they are a light turquoise. I love mine!!

A: I agree with the previous answer, I just recieved my mint chairs and I wouldn't call them mint at all, they have more blue in them than the pictures and are a tad darker, like a light aqua.
