The "leather" is soft but sturdy and seems like they will hold up in daily use, I would definitely purchase them again... as a matter of fact I have my eye on the matching desk chair on rollers for the next office upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two of the chairs for clients in an Executive Office setting. The are comfortable and stylish and set the "tone" I was looking for. Description on Zoro was accurate.
I still gave it a 5 star rating but there were 3 things of note: minor blemishes in the legs, processing time... and an incident with the shipping firm. It took a few weeks before the order was marked "processed" I don't know why, but after I inquired it shipped the next day. When opening one of the boxes which had a large hole in it we found a HEAVY IRON CHAIN INSIDE ( About 3 inch links, i mean HEAVY!) which had apparently been placed on top of the carton and had broken through the packaging..had to be the shipper's chain. I don't know if this had been the cause of the marks on the legs of one of the chairs ( not worth sending that one back). Over all, worth the wait: lowest price I could find on line ( including that place which starts with an "A") , free shipping and a nice product. That said in done: I would order these from Zoro again

I am a minister and I use this chair at my church and have to sit a long time so this chair is so comfortable that it doesn't borther me to sit. and it look great with the other church furnishings. We just love it.
