[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came across this particular herbal supplement blend after I had baby #3 (and at age 44) so I know my body was going through big hormonal changes and I was struggling to keep up with my own brain and mood. Felt bad every single day (depression, mom guilt, physically too drained to workout, etc). So I was looking specifically for things that could help me regulate my hormones and I took a small dose of this in the morning and found that it was 180 degree change in how my days went. I now continue it but I've been able to adjust better naturally and so now I only take it 2-3 days a week, when I know I am feeling down or getting really stressed. I have never found a women's focused herbal blend quite like this so I am very pleased with the product.
