Women's Midi Halter Dress - A New Day™

size up if you are curvy figure! Just based on the picture, i knew that the top bust area was going to be very tight. So i size up than my normal size ( usually L/XL) and glad got in in XXL. it is very beautiful in real life ( I got olive green). Comfortable material because it thick cotton, not see through. The top halter has two button to adjust on neck and a little bit of Scrunch in back to make room. Bonus, it has pockets!

I am a confessed Halter Dress or Top lover and this is currently my favorite Halter dress! I immediately ordered it when I found it during my daily "new arrivals" search. I love this type of halter set up with the wide strap that wraps down to the under arm area. I find it very flattering. Love the box pleats and hidden pockets. The material has a nice feel to it, just stiff enough to keep the pleats looking good. I purchased it in the Olive color, my favorite fall color and it is stunning in person. I purchased my usual A New Day dress size and the Fit is perfect for me. The only downside to it is price. I expect A New Day dresses to be $40 or under and only decided to get it since it combined my favorite style and color. At $45 I had to give it a 4 star for value. Definitely recomend and if it goes on sale I'll almost certainly pick one up in the cream color too if they are still in stock.

Super bummed b/c I love the style & color, but the waist is dropped about an inch & a half more than it should be! It would be perfect if it wasn’t a dropped waist & I’m long waisted…weird proportions. ☹️

The zippers on these dresses don’t even last a day, I tried mine on in the fitting room and the zipper broke, I went to go go find a different dress and every single on hanging up either had a busted zipper or it completely fell off the tracks

This dress complements my body so well! I don’t have much shape and this dress gives me just that! I would size down I usually wear a large but the medium hugged a little better. My only complaint is the zipper. I struggled so bad with getting it on by myself because it kept catching. It also feels like it could break easily so be careful with that!

When I first laid eyes on this dress I know I wanted it. I got the green dress and I love it. It’s a little tight around the stomach area but other than that I have no complaints. It’s so pretty!

Seriously loved the dress, but the zipper broke as soon as I was about to walk out of the door. Idk why but for some reason this is the second time this happened. The dress is my size, but the zipper just opens on it’s own. I’m so sad. I have to go get it altered and change the zipper.

So I went off the chart and reviews, as a 36C 5’1” a little on the curvier side. Jeans size 8 for reference. The top was so tight. Not the best fit for me. Maybe a medium would have been better than a small. Will return.

10/10- ordered cream color online but ran into the green dress in store. The material, quality and the waist slimming illusion of the dress sold me. The color was top tier against my skin tone. You can dress up or transitionto a casual look. Purchased: Medium - Height: 5”6 - Bra size: 38C.. Should have purchased in black.

I tried this halter dress on, in store, on a whim. As a 36DD I was able to purchase my normal size (small) and had adequate room in the bust. It fit so well that I made it my wedding guest dress at the last minute for a cocktail wedding lol! It is very easy to dress up or down depending on the occasion. I steamed it and wrestled my 11 month old all evening without much wrinkling as well.

I needed to go with waist size so it fit me right in the bodice and bottom area but bust size measurement ran way too big on me with my disproportionate size. Usually works ok on some styles but not this one. The halter had 2 adjustable buttons as well but they were near each other and I would need to maybe move the second button over another inch or two and it may fit better. The length hit to about my ankles so it was more of a maxi dress on me than midi. The material is a firm cotton blend and wrinkle prone. I really loved the overall style though. Pairs cute with some summer sandals. For reference I’m 5’4” and measure at 32-28-38. I received an incentive to write this review.

I absolutely loved the halter top, I feel like they aren’t very common but I love them. I am 5’5” and 150 pounds and it hit my leg on the perfect spot for a midi dress. I wear a 36 c bra and I will tell you that the bust part of the dress was a little large for me, so I’m going to return it but it’s so cute. It’s great quality, too. This dress is beautiful! I got the olive color. It is cotton so it will wrinkle a bit but it didn't shrink when I washed it. It fits me like a maxi dress though it looks midi on the photo; I'm 5 feet tall and ordered a large.

Beautiful dress and well made. I genuinely gasped after putting it on. The waist is very structured which ads a nice snatch.
