Sigh. I wish makers would understand if you're an L or larger there is a strong possibility that you are a DD like me. I LOVE this dress. It hides my 190lb weight & pouch very well, but I can't kepp it cause I don't want to flash everyone and myself.

This dress is super cute and I was so excited for it. I have been running M or L in all things Target with no issue. I bought a large. I am a 36DD, 5’6, and 175 pounds. The bust was WAY too small. Busty ladies need to size up or pass on this dress. In fact, I would say this is dress that you try on in store to figure out your size first before buying. I light blue is a really pretty shade, the fabric is nice, and pockets! Just the sizing was my issue.

This dress runs big; I normally wear a large and bought a large in this dress however it's definitely closer to a XL or XXL. Cute dress; it's been all over Instagram so I decided to purchase but didn't know about the sizing. Will have to return since it's not an actual large and my store doesn't carry so likely won't be repurchasing. Back strap is kind of floppy and the material wasnt as high quality as I was expecting either. I would have kept it though if it were my size cause it's still cute. I should note I have size C deflated mom boobs so if you're busty you might only need one size down, others like me - maybe two sizes down?

Completely blown away by how cute this dress (Navy/seashell) is in person. The sides of the dress are tucked in at the waistline, which creates a natural hourglass shape, so the length of the dress just falls so beautifully. The deep navy color is striking, and the open back adds a nice little extra flair. So comfortable to wear too; it could be used as pajamas. Busty gals like me, size UP! Trust me on this. I bought the 1X and it holds the girls perfectly after adjusting the spaghetti straps. The dress is light and flowy, looks cute dressed up or down. If you're unsure about your back being out, just get it anyway and rock it. Live a little, lol. I'm an inch below six feet and I'd consider this more of a midi dress but I'm okay with that. Easy to care for and great for travel.

I love the cut of this dress. Some of my similar dresses from previous years are just slightly too low/revealing in the bust area and it makes me hesitant to wear them. This one has more coverage and has the cute open back. I liked it so well in the nautical pattern that I bought one in black too (despite having 2 similar New Day black ones from previous years). My only complaint is that I am 5’3 and it’s about 1-2 inches too long. I’ll have to wear wedges or heels when I wear these.

I'm not sure what's going on this season, but the I'm always a true xl in A New Day and the bust area is running small. Fits great all around, minus the chest area. I got the navy and red. I'm 5'4 and it hit below my ankles. I'm going to try the XXL. If you are busty, order up.

I wanted to love this, but it's all wrong for me. The top is too small in general in the medium for me but fit and length worked ok from the waist down. No amount of adjusting will make the top fit. Maybe if you're not busty it will work for you. My next issue on this is the back. That strap across the back sits weird and uncomfortably. The color is beautiful, but in my opinion, that's the only think it's got going for it.

Pear-shaped gals with hips and booty, this probably won’t work for you. I am a size 16 and ordered both the XL and the 1X, and neither work. The XL is too tight in my hips, and the 1X, though it fits my hips perfectly, is incredibly loose at the top. Like ridiculously loose. It could be altered professionally but there’s so much extra material that the back wouldn’t be stretchy anymore. Inches of material, and i’m not exactly small chested either (38D). So disappointed as I LOVE this dress 🙁
