How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

I too never received this. I can’t find the tracking anymore but it was held by the post office for a fraudulent label or something along those lines. I can’t believe it’s still up to be sold since it sounds like this happened a lot.

Super shady, I was charged and it showed the label had been created then I waited and waited and waited. I finally requested a refund stating it must have been lost. Target let’s not have shady companies selling item on your site pls

Did not receive the dress i ended up with a phone holder? Not even sure what it is I will be returning it asap. And yes I checked the tracking number and it matches up with the package number. This has never happened to me before from ordering online with Target!
