Women's Women's Muckster II Low Slip On

I was really disappointed that the 2 pair of low slip ons were not like the ones I have bought in the past. The ankle opening is so tight the feet do not slip in easily and they are uncomfortable around by ankle. I used to love my old slip ons for working outside around my property and in my kennel. I will have to cut into the foam and widen it and resew the opening on both. I won't buy any more.

Replacing an old pair of hiking shoes for serious gardening. The heel tab could be longer so its easier to get a hold of. I am just hoping that the soles of these boots won't be as slick in icy conditions as the pair I had years ago were. Will be using them to plow snow and then step onto a concrete floor. The last pair were really slick in those conditions

This is my 3rd pair of the low rise mucksters for gardening that I have been buying for quite a few years. I agree with other people’s reviews that the opening to get them on seems much smaller and are a chore to put on. In fact I had been thinking that it would be great if they could make these the same way a lot of new tennis shoes are doing with the slip on with no hands feature.

Same women's size 8. I loved my old pair. I was dismayed when I received the new pair. They are longer, narrower, with a tighter, higher insert that rubs against the ankle. I have to return them. So disappointed. Why when you had a perfectly great product that people loved would you change it. I would love to have a new pair just like my old ones.

I will need to return my mucks. They are just too tight

Bought my size 8. Fits but so tight that it rubs against my heel and I got blisters. Do not wear them. Sorry I bought that style .

Nice sturdy boots. Like the little color around the top.

I usually wear a size 6 1/2 shoe but these fit great (I ordered a size 6). Because they are snug on top I was able to spread bark dust without getting bark in my shoes. They are also very comfy.

They fit perfectly, I ordered my normal shoe size.

My original pair lasted for twenty years! I gardened with them all the time and sadly had to throw them out. The new pair arrived (same size) and I couldn't even get my feet into them. They are a completely different fit and no good. I returned them.

I purchased this boot, but sadly had to return it. I didn't make a mistake about the size, but the opening was so small, that I couldn't get my feet into the boots. They would have fit, had I been able to get them on. The boot I was going to buy to replace these wasn't in stock. I really loved the look of them. Got my refund with no issues though, so thank you for that.

I've been wearing women's Muck shoes for about 10 years now. I've had the camp style which I think they call Mucksters now and the garden shoe as well. They are incredibly comfortable and last a very long time. A few years back they were harder to find and I actually called the company to order a pair. Good to see they have a great website and are easier than ever to order. I wear them almost everyday with and without socks. There are some imitations so watch out. Here's my newest purchase. Love them.

I wear a 2A shoe usually so I have a difficult time finding shoes. With a sock, these muckster lows fit quite well- they hug the heel. I have been wearing them to garden and I am very pleased with this product.Quality and durability excellent.

My new gardening boots are just what I was looking for. Tight round the ankle and great on slippery grass slopes, however, they are quite difficult to get on, a shoehorn is necessary but not bad getting off.

Very functional, perfect hot weather alternative to the taller Muck boots. True to size. A fairly sleek style considering what they are. No complaints whatsoever, after the first wear I felt like I had had them for years.

Love, love, love¦. I purchased them to have a comfortable, dry alternative to my wooden clogs. It feels like wearing slippers¦. They make the long hours, days of gardening super comfortable. Keep your feet dry - provided that a thin sock is worn inside otherwise they tend to make your feet sweat. Perfectly true to size. A happy customer.

The low muckster is a sturdy shoe for gardening and outside wear. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is this newer version has a smaller opening into which to slide your foot. The old ones I have have a larger opening and I can just slide them on and off as I go in and out of the house. With the new ones, I need to bend down and use my hands to put them on. It seems like a minor thing but when one is in and out many times a day, it is a nuisance. I also found they run just a big large.

It became necessary to replace my old Muckster Low garden shoes. When the new ones arrived I found the neoprene liner came up much farther on the foot than the old ones. This makes them not only much harder to get on but uncomfortable to wear. I would not purchase again!
