We put together 2 of these one for each side of a fireplace. The first one took around two. 5 hours to put together,

It is robust and well-made, but it takes a long time to put together. a cordless drill and two people took us over 3 1/2 hours BUT WAS WELL WORTH IT!

I bought this because I thought I wouldn't have to put it together. It doesn't fit together at all. The holes don't line up. 4 of the screws that hold the top on cannot be attached.
