Q: Does this frame have to be used with the mat? If I buy 8" x 10" Matted to 5" x 7" could I use it for an 8x10 photo without the mat?

Q: The listing shows that this product is 11x14, but when I put it my cart it appears as 16x13. What dimension is it?
