Q: If the rod is extended to 82", is the center support needed?

submitted by Joan - 1 year ago

  • A: Joan: All 66–120" rod sets require a center support, regardless of the length you extend them to. Only rods that are under 48" long should be installed without a center bracket.

    Meh

Not real wood. Appears to be brushed onto a metal rod and arrived already scratched. I should have paid more attention to the “painted finish” part of the description. :(

    Good quality curtain rod

I like this curtain rod because the knobs are real wood and the rod itself is metal that looks like wood (which will be hidden by the quilt I plan to hang from it). The price was good and very quick delivery. Overall very pleased.

    Happy with this purchase but...

Sturdy and heavy duty curtain rod, great quality. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the wood knobs are darker than the rod itself. Both sets I bought are that way. The knobs are the darkest color on the "wood ring" print of the rod.

Crap, junk, cheap made and very difficult to hang. Looks good from a distance, but overall displeased with the purchase. Not to mention too short, and I'm confident I ordered correct size. The issue was possibly with delivery.,

    Blends perfectly

Blends perfectly with curtains and surrounding wood trim of window. Good, strong curtain rod so no need to install middle support. Very happy.

    incorrect middle rod

I like the style, but the wrong piece in package - middle rod is an end piece, not the width extender rod. Unable to use.
    kate
    From the Product Manufacturer team
Hi Kate- You have what you need, actually. The middle rod has an end to accommodate shorter lengths per the instructions. However, it simply slides inside the outer rods (even with the end piece) and works great. Please reach out with any questions.

    The best

These curtain rods are my favorite! We have them in multiples rooms in our house. Just ordered another one and can’t wait to get it! Modern- Traditional look. It is so hard to find “wood” curtain rods that don’t look too farmhouse and for a decent price.
