Q: I may love the black bar holding napkins down, but, if I'd want to remove it, does it pop out? Also, Target may want to change description "napkins neatly displayed and upright," not held upright.

Great price and good weight to this, but this looked like I got someone’s return. It was dirty also. See pics for dents & scratches. The napkin’s will cover the scratches, etc up, but that’s not the point. I shouldn’t have to clean a brand new item before using. This was also missing a rubber piece on the bottom.

Not your mother's napkin holder. This wooden-looking piece is simply beautiful. It's large enough to hold a good number of napkins without being too bulky or taking up too much space on the countertop. The arms/lever is easy to open and close, making it simple to refill the holder with fresh napkins when needed.

I loved this item until it broke. I’ve had this napkin holder for a couple of weeks and one of the sides came off from the base. It never got wet or thrown so it’s weird the nail popped off. Bummed.

Replaced our upright napkin holder with this. What a great choice, sooo easy! The black handle sits right on top of the napkins and allows us to grab one napkin at a time with one hand…no more messy, slouchy napkins. Just lift the handle to refill. It is big but holds a LOT so less refills needed. Yay! Here it is pictured on my 18 inch turn table (also from Target) for size reference. The wood grain on the napkin holder would look great with various decor/tables.
