Great product Wish I had bought earlier

I have 3 battery weed wackers and 2 blowers. The heavy duty improved batteries allow me to complete my yard in one day. The extra caps allow continuous usage between the three weed eaters.

It didn't fit my trimmer, too big.

Wrong part for my trimmer

The cap was good. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one. I have ordered the smaller one before that fits my trimmer and they have all aways fit prefectly and this one seemed to be just like them only bigger. They are well made. Not flimsy.

It’s the wrong size for my trimmer. Too large. The only other one was for a 40 size and was also too large. Can’t use trimmer any longer and am very disappointed.

The school cover wasn't exact fit I just had to wait about 5 days once I got it put it right on exact fit and back to weed eating again

I called customer service to get directions on how to return it and then order the correct size. The customer service rep was awesome. She told me the correct size and placed my order for me and did not charge me anything. She told me to keep the one that was to big. She was so helpful. I just love this company. I have slowly been replacing old tools with the Worx brand. I am hooked on the easy of use of all of their tools! Love the batteries! Interchangable is awesome!!

Without this cover you cannot use the weed wicker the cover takes a lot of abuse when striking ground so replacements are necessary.

This is a item. That I ordered by mistake but when I seen that it was so well made I was sorry I had to send it back to Get the Right Item I needed.

It was the correct replacement part.

My Lawn man doesn't do the internet, I told him I'd get the parts for him, so I ordered 2 for him. He does quite a bit of mowing for a 72 year old.

Bought batterie weedeater 3years ago.A work horse of a weedeater.Done so much trimming that I had to order new cap,the other one just wore out.Three years no problems,just the worn out cap.Buy one give it a try,keeps on trimming,and trimming and trimming.Lite weight easy to handle,trimms like a gas powderd,but harder at work with less the weight.Thanks Worx for helping this 72 year old grandmother out.

Even though this Is a small piece of the weedeater, it is very essential to have. Works has the best product on the market, especially for elderly people, and I will never own anything better but a works product

My husband and I recently bought a larger Worx weed eater for more power and longer amp hours. I mistakenly ordered the smaller cap covers we used to use. I returned them hassle free, even though it was my mistake. I received the correct caps quickly. The service is wonderful. The weed eater works great for our yard.
