Description
You can run your entire Worx Power Share collection of tools on these 20V 2.0 Ah Max Lithium-Ion Battery. String trimmers and impact drivers, circular saws and lawnmowers, Hydroshots and leaf blowers, the list goes on and on. These batteries are lighter, which makes the tool lighter, and more efficient, than rechargeable batteries based on older designs. Max L-ion batteries don’t wane or drain, and won’t suffer from the memory effect that prevented last generation’s batteries from fully charging as they got older. Plus, they just last longer, so they’ll save you money. You can buy less of them because you can share each one between multiple tools. Cordless tools are much more cost-effective than gas, and you won’t have to worry about getting snagged on a cord. They provide gas-like power and performance without all the drawbacks of gasoline: no fumes, no mess, no paying at the pump. Depending on the task, and the tool, these batteries will have different runtimes, but a good rule of thumb is that one 20V 2.0 Ah battery will provide enough charge to power our Worx GT String Trimmer/Edger/Mini-Mower through an average 0.25 acre lawn. This battery is compatible with the following chargers (not included): WA3742, WA3868 quick charger, WA3875 dual-port charger, WA3878 quick dual-port charger.

Only negative with leaf blower is the 2amp batteries. Only get 15 minutes out of battery and have to change all nite. I would recommend the leaf blower with stronger battery life.

Never need to worry if you will run out of battery. Just push the button and it tells you how much is left. If you are doing a big job, don’t worry, the other battery is ready to help you finish while his twin is on the charger.

The original battery packs came with the WORX weedwhacker that I purchased in June 2018 that were used interchangeably with my WORX blower and hedge clippers on a regular basis for over 5 years when one of the batteries failed to recharge. I was amazed of their longevity. The newer updated 2.0 Ah batteries appear to last longer fully charged, and has an indicator feature of how much charge it has; a nice feature to have. They power all my WORX tools as my old ones did. Delivery was exceedingly fast. I received them within 3 days after my order was placed. My previous batteries lasted over 5 years. I am looking forward to these lasting even longer.

I am a big user of the worx cordless string trimmer. I have purchased 2 over the years. I started with the 2.0, then got the newer model & just recently purchased the 4.0 & love it even better. It edges great, cuts my zochia grass easy. I am 66 years old & as long as I can still do yard work I will use the worx equipment.
