This controller was used.....
Received this today after ordering online. Immediately upon opening I noticed the black handles were covered in fingerprints, grease and was sticky. Brown splotches were spattered around the controller that look like old soda. I plugged set it up to make sure it works and it already has profiles set up on it. It works but I'm still upset that I paid for a brand new controller and received a used one.

Random disconnects and horrible stick drift. GARBAGE!!!
First 2 weeks spent trying to figure out why it's randomly disconnecting. A firmware update helped that and then started noticing gradually worsening stick drift to the point where it was unuseable and by then it was only a month old. Brought back to Target and they gave me a hard time returning it because it was 32 days and return window is 30. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM TARGET AGAIN.

Best cobtroller on the market and for the price!!
This controller is honestly the best on the market for the price!! Sadly even tho it doesn’t come with the paddle shifts I still rate this remote a 5/5. For those who buy this remote do what I did, go onto Amazon and order the paddle shifts for like $15 and depending where u live they might arrive the same day(I got mine same day delivery I ordered at 10 am) so in reality I spend like $120 for everything and I’m very happy!! Some of these other reviews that say negative stuff about the remote prob just ragged and smacked their remote( I did that on my 1st remote lol). Guys give this controller a shot! For the $100 it’s worth to try out compared to the other more expensive remotes. I play a lot of cod so the paddle shifts r all I needed to up my game.

Gorgeous Red Xbox Elite Core 2 Controller
This is my third Xbox elite core 2 controller. The other two (a white one used to connect to a steam deck when it’s docked and connected to a TV and a blue one used to connect to a pc laptop) are still going strong over a year later. I wanted the red one to connect to a meta quest 3 headset to play Xbox, steam, and other non-meta games on it. Some reviewers complained that they received the wrong item or that the controller broke at some point after purchase. I received the correct item, new in its box, with all its accessories. Only time will tell but my other ones have held up and still work like new. I obviously love these controllers. They come with a tool to adjust the tension of the thumb grips. They are wireless and rechargeable via usb c (long matching usb c charging/direct connection cable included). The battery lasts longer than regular batteries, and the controllers can be used while charging. Finally, I’ve ordered metal back paddles in various colors from third party sellers on Amazon ($12-$14) that fit and work perfectly. The red controller is gorgeous. And hard to find new for a reasonable price. Thanks Target!

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE
DO NOT BUY. I have gone through 2 in 2 weeks. The first had broken buttons and this current one randomly disconnects in EVERY game I get into, if you press to many buttons it shuts off and needs plugged in, and then shuts off and needs unplugged. For a 100 dollar remote this thing is GARBAGE.
