All the reviews do not relate to me. Saw a review that said just to wait for a few minutes for another email waiting for the card number. Everyone is putting in the order number into their xbox instead of the card number. Wait for a second email literally 2 minutes later and the card number will appear. 10/10

There’s problem with the link to access the e gift card. When requested it to be resent the target associate robot said they resent it but didn’t. Gave an excuse that it would be resent in 4 to 24 hours.

The “people” writing reviews for this must be NPCs. The process has never taken more than 20 mins, even when ordering outside of normal operating hours. The codes are extremely easy to find and use assuming you know the redemption process on the Microsoft side (be logged in to MS account on Xbox website and search Redeem). The comments about the code or link being broken are people thinking the confirmation of sale email is the redemption email; it isn’t, this is all explained in plain language.

Never got my money and I demand a refund I put $15 on a Xbox card and immediately got sent to me, but when I did a $50 I still haven’t gotten it and it’s been 7 hours :|
