Xtreme POWER Dump Truck

There is not an age recommendation on the box anywhere. I've checked now after reading other reviews. Online there was, I dont recall seeing it when I purchased. I got this for my 4 yr old, our biggest issue is you can't just push it around so he hates it. I'm glad I read the reviews now though.

My 2 yr old got this as a birthday gift and like always I read the directions and instructions. When my 2yr old plays with this I make sure I watch him with it because it clearly says 6 and up. So with all the complaints I seen well all were under 6yrs.

I would called it the dumb truck instead of the dump truck, it’s so useless!! Can’t play with it, can’t have fun!!...

This toy about ripped my daughter’s finger off. Skin, especially fingers, can get sucked up by the wheel and smashed. We needed and ER visit. We have contacted the company.

This is crazy!!! Why would you sell a truck that you can’t push. I would love a answer.

Terrible toy, to heavy and fingers can get caught. Not a toy for a toddler. It’s too heavy for a child

To me this is misleading. It says I’mm Huge. Well it is not huge! It is powered but never put it together or put batteries in it. It is powered, but it only goes straight and it can not be pushed. It is power only which may not be a problem for older kids but I bought this for my 4 year old grandson. I admit it may have been to soon for 4. But they do not understand that they can not push it, it does not free wheel and they will break it. And if it does not break they will never use it. So I never put it together or put batteries in it. I returned it and can not say how the power may be.

Horrible! My son got his finger caught in the wheel twice now. This thing needs to be taken off the market and fast. 

DANGEROUS my little boys arm just got caught In between the tires. He’s 2 but looking at the other comments it’s happened to many others older than him too!!!! Left a bad bump and bruise and tore his skin a little

My truck and dirt loving son got this for his 5th birthday. It actually can haul at least 40lbs (once we put in 4 C batteries). Thankfully we haven't had any accidents like other reviews have mentioned.

I say "toy" because this in fact is not a toy, but a powerful, heavy truck built to haul up to 50 pounds and push up to 100 pounds. My son had a blast playing with this until it sucked his finger in between the tire and the housing and did NOT STOP MOVING. You can see how narrow that space is in the picture. I had to manually shut it off to stop it and get his finger out. Luckily it was only bruised. I thought it was a freak accident until I read these reviews. It's only a matter of time until someone ends up with a serious injury. That in and of itself is bad enough, but this truck also just stopped working for no reason at all (which also seems to be a trend in the reviews). After reading all of these reviews about it's destructive powers, I happily threw it in the trash.

This toy is very dangerous! It almost ripped my son’s finger off. Very powerful but not appropriate for a child.

This is a very dangerous toy. My son got his finger stuck in the toy and when I picked it up. It was still going it sucked my finger up and wouldn’t let go and was bleeding after. If that was my sons finger it would had really injured him.

my kids are obsessed with this toy. worth the price.

Super disappointed- this is junk and does not work. First truck we got makes noise but will not move. Target sent a replacement- same thing, sounds but will not move at all. Followed all directions, new batteries, took apart, etc. Do not buy.

Stopped working a week after Christmas. Don't bother wasting your money.

Moms beware!!! If anyone gave/received this as a Christmas gift please be extremely careful. My son (almost 7) was super excited to use this toy. It was a gift from Santa, and was at the top of his list this year as he had seen it on TV. Within 5 min of use this truck sucked up his hand. He filled the truck with rocks (as seen on the box) and when he reached down to turn the truck to change it's direction the webbing between his thumb and pointer finger got pulled inside the rubber covered wheel as the motor continued to drive forward (with 50lbs of force) which is advertised on the box. Hearing his screams I ran to him and had to almost break the wheel to free his hand. Had I not been close by this may have ended far worse. I called the company to report the incident and was told that the instructions say to use on a flat surface, with adult supervision, and that I was not adequately supervising my child. Their products adhere to all safety standards. They offered me another product of equal or lesser value. No thanks we would like to keep our fingers thanks. My little guy is thankfully ok, but does have a significant amounts of purple bruising to his hand.

Good: I thought it was cool that it could drive on its own and also that it could haul a heavy weight. Assembly was easy. Snap 3 things together. Negatives: After taking out of box and putting together, it was kinda boring. The truck bed was a bit shallow. It makes a loud noise while driving, but not a fun truck noise. No fun flashing lights or noises. In fairness, my son is only 1.5yr so maybe an older child would have more fun with the hauling feature. It also requires 4 C batteries.

Power button was broke and can’t get the front part off to fix it with out breaking the clips.
