I'm very happy with this stand and would buy it again. Fast delivery, high quality materials, good design, and very sturdy and stable. It requires assembly, but the instructions are good and the parts are packaged and labelled in an exceptional manner that matches the instructions. Attaching the stand's support brackets to the TV's VESA mount holes is the only tedious task - the working space is cramped. All necessary tools for assembly are supplied, but I recommend using your own wrenches and screwdrivers if you own some. I mounted a 32-inch TV, which has a 100 x 100 mm VESA mount, without any issue. The stand is made in China.
