[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t know I could love a paper towel holder. This holder is sturdy and looks great on my countertop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works better than the Oxo thing we had been using. It took a little bit of practice but now we can reliably tear off a single paper towel. Sometimes if we don't use the right technique it "loses" hold of the sheets that were fed through the slot but it's manageable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look but the slim bar that is supposed to enable you to tear a sheet of paper doesn’t work as well. You have to continuously put in the paper through, I wish it didn’t had it, it just takes space and it gets annoying after a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. The paper towel sheet sometimes slips out of the slot, but you don't necessarily need it. The stand holds the paper towel roll pretty snug, so you can still use the slot stand without putting the paper towel sheet through the actual slot.

A paper towel holder I've been searching for years with the look, function, and quality. It got the weight so when I tore the paper towel with one hand, the holder wouldn't shake. Even my picky husband loved it and said it was a great buy.

Looks great on the counter, at times you have to re-thread the paper towel. Happy with the weight of the holder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s not what I expected. You must use two hands to rip a paper towel from the roll. We are also constantly feeding the paper towel through the part that keeps it from flopping around.

My apology - was there an attachment that would hold what is possible for me to purchase as a paper towel roll? The space that the paper towel holder is much smaller than the diameter that your paper towel holder holds. Please please let me know how I can adjust this? Please let me know how I can ask for a response to me as an individual who has paid for this project.

I was so looking forward to using this as marketed (i.e. pulling the paper towel through the slit one-handed), but I think the bottom of the product isn't very compatible with my countertop, which is coated with some sort of plastic substance. It doesn't stay put as well as I'd hoped and honestly sometimes works better if I don't pull each towel through the designated slit. No holds or shipping complaints.

I like that it takes up very little counter space. The design is simple and effective. Very pleased with this purchase.

Everything I ever wanted in a paper towel holder/dispenser! I've been waiting for something like this for a long time. It's sleek, made well, blends into my clean kitchen, and most of all WORKS. As long as you feed the paper towels through the correct way (for left or right pull), and adjust the small silicone band for proper tension, it works one-handed every time! Tip: After a while, the lint from towels will make the counter slippery. Just wipe off the feet of the holder, wipe down the counter, and it's as good as day one. Love it!

I would honestly not recommend this product (loved all my other Yamasaki products!). The wood and the bar next to it are so close together you can’t spin the paper towel roll for a new piece. You have to lift up the entire roll out of the holder in order to get a piece. Super inefficient.

perfect size for my small kitchen and useful for only having one hand available when cooking.

Works great, stays in place, and looks nice on the counter.

Doesn’t take over counter space like other bulky paper towel holders. And works perfectly! Highly recommend it

This isn’t bad looking but it’s too light in weight so every time I rip a paper towel off it moves. Just not substantial enough.

Sadly, this paper towel holder is too small to accommodate most full sized rolls.
