While I love the overall look of this lamp I am highly disappointed in the electrical wire placement on the lamp. Instead of it coming out of the base like 99.5% of lamps do, this one comes out of the top of the lamp. While maybe you could try to hide it, not in this case since the design is see through. So now, the electrical cord is seen from all angles hanging down to the plug. Not happy at all. I’m the first reviewer and there was only one picture to look at on the page. You certainly don’t see the cord in the image. Disappointed.
