I have enjoyed the dual strengths ...90 tab bottle here has 48mg caffeine , 180 tab bottle has 98mg caffeine per tablet. I can have varying negative adrenal effects if i dose too high sometimes. Timing is everything when trying to gently lift adrenal energy... Some periods you may handle 200mg others barely tolerate 100mg. ..even this 48 mg of caffeine can work very well to keep adrenals happier. Our tolerance to stress varies so remember to vary your dosing in your caffeine stack ...more during fatigue can drain energy and have opposite affect desired. I recommend trying both strengths .

I take Yerba Mate in the morning and it gives me energy and also a good mood. I really liked the product, was surprised how fast it worked. The energy only lasts till afternoon, I did not try the product in the afternoon, it might gives to much energy at night.

I take this before breakfast for energy and it increases my metabolism helps burn calories. I really notice the difference when I run out of the item. Now I keep it stocked for backup
