I feel when I'm doing things like squats, lunges push-ups and mostly home workouts. I will definitely being taking these tablets while I'm working out and running when weather permits.

Maybe I'm not old enough to have knee problems to feel it working, but mostly consider these things all placebo. Healthy diet and exercise should be enough in my opinion, and I'm not a power lifter, so I don't know. I've only taken half the bottle. Maybe after the whole thing, I will notice something. But how do you quantify results with your joints?? Not gonna knock or promote the product either way. I lift three times a week, and don't overdo it.

I have a mild form of arthritis in my hands and I definitely have noticed an improvement after getting on a regular regimen of this product. Though my condition is mild, I believe it will help people with more than a mild form of arthritis.

It's supposed to help with cartilage health and general mobility in the knees and elbows, which i could definitely use- I have nerve damage in my elbows, which flairs up from time to time. I am not suffering from chronic pain or arthritis, so i can't speak to that. First off, I am generally skeptical of supplements. But i am also open to trying things and I believe I gave the joint complex a fair shake-- But to be honest, i haven't really noticed much difference in my day-to-day. I suppose it may be helping. It doesn't seem to be causing any adverse effects...so, who knows? Also I have to point out that the supplement is made from chicken parts- I wasn't aware of it before ordering, and it just so happens that I am *trying to work towards a mostly meat-free and cruelty-free diet. So, most people may have no problem, but personally I was a bit put-off by the animal-based ingredients.

This is much easier than other collagen products where you have to mix a powder in your beverage. I have a little less pain in my joints after exercising but you have to take this for a while before really noticing results, so I'll see how I feel after the next bottle.
