Very unforgiving to apply. Not like the harder glass protectors. Template did not line it up perfect, slightly off center. Attempted to peel up and re-align with no success. Ended up ruining protector.

I purchased 10 screens because I love my Samsung Note 20 5 G and I am afraid Zagg will stop making the covers. I am not one to buy the newest an hyped greatest phone on the market but I am also not one to keep a phone forever. Technology is important. Thank you making a great screen.

The description states that it has some level of tempered glass. It is not. Feels like any other generic plastic screen protector film. Overpriced for what you get. I was hoping glass/ premium quality to it. Just having it installed within a week. Small micro scratches are visible now with this installed. Not premium quality whatsoever.

I applied my new screen protector and ended up with a flaw. The problem came about because the instructions were not very clear and the protector had to be adjusted and it just came out bad. I'm sure it is my fault.....

Recently replaced my screen saver. Contacted Customer Service and the representative helped me locate a replacement and process the warranty claim. The old one severly cracked did it's job and protected my screen without a scratch. Would highly recommend getting a Zagg product. They work well and Customer Service is top notch.
