Stool softener for relief without cramping
My daughter occasionally has issues with bathroom regularity - i have increased her hydration but she refuses prunes and such things. This has natural ingredients to soften stool without painful cramps, urgency and accidents. I tasted a bit - like pears and apples but not too sweet and certainly palatable. The bottle does have a label to shake it and I put in the fridge. Slippery Elm, Fiber, Fennel, kakadu powder and magnesium citrate - all good ingredients. sweetened with monk fruit and maple syrup and apple juice comcentrate I like the natural ingredients and that it's us kosher so no weird gelatins.
