These kid's hydration drinks are great for on-the-go, traveling, or after sports to provide safe & effective hydration faster than water alone. Each pouch contains 2X the electrolytes of leading sports drinks to help your child feel better faster & is carefully formulated with three key electrolytes: 160 mg of sodium, 90 mg of potassium, & 240 mg of chloride. Zarbee's hydration drink also contains zinc for additional immune support & prebiotics. Unlike traditional electrolyte powders or hydration packets, these strawberry lemonade flavored rehydration packets are made with sweeteners derived from natural sources & are free from dye, gluten, & artificial flavors. After fluid loss, children over the age of one should take small, frequent sips. For general hydration, sip as needed, up to six pouches per day. *per 6 pouches
