Q: Can this be used in addition to a daily multi vitamin and daily probiotic?
A: Yes. We give them to our kids from thanksgiving until spring stacked onto their zarbees multi that they take all year.

Q: Is this something I can give my kids daily to prevent illnesses or is this to be taken only when they get sick for short term use?
A: Definitely! Helps in both situations. For the last 3 years I have started giving them to my 2 kids around thanksgiving and keep them on the elderberry until spring. I couldn't believe how much healthier my daughter stayed that first year I started her on them..

A: Hi there! Thanks for reaching out with your question. Our gummies are made with vegetarian-sourced pectin instead of gelatin. However, the vitamin D3 is manufactured from sheep-lanolin.
