King size mattress a flop
The king size I bought is a flop. It has been 5 full days since opening it and it still is not fully formed making it very uncomfortable to sleep in. I hope I can return. I also bought a full and queen -- so far those look and feel fine. Although now I wonder for how long!

My new mattress
I opened the box and Mattress on Monday 11/10/2025 I haven't slept on it yet I wanted it to have enough time to open up. The corners are still saggy and when I sit on it it seems to sink right down? I'm going to sleep on it tonight and I'm hoping to fall in love. Thank you for checking!!

Great mattress
Friend of mine told me about this mattress. I am glad I listened. I ordered, received within 4 days, opened and let it "breathe" for three days like suggested. Since then, I have slept awesomely for the last three nights. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Steer clear of this mattress
The mattress did not fully inflate to proper proportions on one corner after one week. The sides give way significantly when you sit on the edge of the bed, no strength at all along the sides. The bed is hard and does not mold to your body as a normal full price memory foam mattress does. I’m convinced the people giving 5 star reviews are buying this after having an absolutely lousy mattress. If you’ve had a fantastic memory foam mattress, then buy this one, you’ll be very disappointed. Bought this after several relatives sung their praises, but I totally disagree. We do not get a restful nights sleep on this mattress. Will go back to buying a mattress from a quality reputable company when we have time to replace it next summer. It’s worth it to pay more for a better mattress.

Never slept better!
I used to fight all night tossing & turning on my previous non-memory foam/very expensive mattress. Not anymore. My Zinus memory foam mattress seriously absorbs me. Never slept better. Note: I can't stand being too hot and the mattress is not hot at all. What a reasonable price for a great mattress.

WOW! Great sleep! I slept on this bed at an Airbnb, initially thought this bed is really hard when I sat on it, but then slept great. Not only myself, but all 10 of us who slept on these mattresses said the same thing. I ordered 2, one for us & one for the guest room.

So Disappointed
The bed arrived in a timely manner and decompressed just fine, but this is the HARDEST mattress I've ever slept on. I decided on the cooling gel memory foam because we have another Zinnus bed that we LOVE, my daughters is from 2016 and this was the closest we could find to the same mattress. We've had it for about a month, and iI havent slept through the night ONCE! I am a side; stomach sleeper and this mattress literally feels like Im sleeping on the floor. Today we went to the closest mattress store and bought a completely different mattress.
