submitted bythenaturalnymph - 8 years agoA: I called the Ziploc company (SC Johnson) and they informed me that they are indeed BPA Free. They said ALL of their slider bags do not contain BPA. I use these bags, as well as their freezer quart size bags. It's good to know, when storing fruit & veggies, that they are BPA chemical free.

Q: Can these be use for protein powder ? 5lbs to be exact

Q: Are the 2 gallon bags.strong enough to marinade vegetables?
A: Great question! While Ziploc® Freezer Bags are perfect for marinating and holding liquids, we don’t recommend filling the 2 Gallon (Jumbo/XL) bags completely full–two gallons of liquid can get quite heavy. Hope this helps! – Megan, SC Johnson Consumer Care

Q: I have ordered these before and they were clear plastic. Recently ordered more and they are pink. Why? I don't see anything indicating that they should be. Is this how they're being made now?
