The twins have my favorite knife series
Zwilling Pro is THE best knife series I’ve found after years of looking. Comfortable to hold and use. Extremely sharp and retain their edge. I’ve used some for a year at a time with some honing but no need to resharpen. A product that for once is everything they say it is.

I needed a filet knife.
I was given a Zwilling knife as a gift. They are a very good set of knives, but it did not come with a filet knife. Using the utility knife in the set did not work well in cleaning and filet a fish. I can’t wait to use my new filet knife.

Paper thin slices.
I love a good one and this sure qualifies as such. Tried it out on an old soft tomato and I was able to slide it paper thin. Can’t wait to try it on my meats to tidy them up before they are smoked.
