In 2008, mom of six, Jennifer Adams Bunkers, was frustrated with the lack of good options for caring for her children’s skin, especially the frequent eczema flare ups. After years of trial and error, a lot of wasted time and money, she decided to create the skincare products she needed. Products that are 100% steroid free, plant-based, simply made and highly effective even on problem skin. From what started as a frustration, TruKid was born and quickly became a household name with a sizeable following among parents facing similar skin challenges. Protecting and caring for the children we love has been TruKid’s mission from day one. Our plant-based collections are designed to be as simple, gentle and effective as possible. We have eliminated steroids and all of the harsh chemicals that have become standards in the personal care industry; no artificial colors, no petrolatum, no artificial fragrances or preservatives. Our packaging is planet-friendly; the bubble pods eliminate plastic waste and our bottles and tubes are 100% BPA free. We only use 100% natural, plant-derived ingredients that are good for our children and good for the planet. At TruKid, we bring clean, comfy fun back to bathtime. That’s our promise.
