Item arrived with multiple pieces scratched. I got the bed in white, and there were many pieces with noticeable black scratches that cannot be removed with a simple wipe down. I did not even put it together when I saw the first 3 pieces all had defects. For the cost of the item, I expect it to be in perfect condition. Delivery was quick and came in 3 packages. Delivery people can handle heavy packages better.
