The men's Arctic Pro Steel Toe pull-on boot by Muck is a professional extreme conditions work boot. It keeps you working at your best when mother nature is at her worst.* The Arctic Pro waterproof and insulated work boots feature technology to keep your feet warm in extreme frigid temperatures. These boots feature fleece linings, as well as 2 mm thermal foam underlays in the instep area for additional warmth, along with 8 mm CR-flex-foam booties with four-way stretch nylon that is waterproof, lightweight and flexible.EVA Shaped midsoles and contoured footbeds provide comfort; stretch-fit topline bindings keep warmth in and cold out.Steel safety toes meet ASTM F2413 PT Class 75 Protective Toe standards. Not built to last

Haven't even had them for a year and the sole is separating. I'm trying to do snow removal and it ends up being a 12 hour shift of SOAKED Feet

Wouldn’t recommend for heavy wear

Got these a few months ago for New York winter field work and I will say the quality does not last very long. They kept me dry and warm for maybe 2-3 months then all of a sudden my feet started getting wet and cold. Would not recommend for intense wear. It was good while it lasted but my job only buys me one pair of boots a year and it didn’t even last me a season. Very disappointing for the price.

Insulation

The artic pros are nice. But I live in north Georgia, and at 34 degrees F my feet got cold on bottoms. Need more insulation on foot bed.

Consistant

I buy a pair of these once a year. they're comfortable and they keep my feet warm. however the sole never stays on more than a year. It's inconvenient but until I find a more comfortable waterproof boot for the price, then these are what I will buy.

So comfortable and easy to just slip on whether I am going to the gas station, going trail walking or fishin with my daughter, or going to work these are must have if you live in the sticks or around mud. And the insulated ones I have here are perfect for winter.

Boot removal

Boots are very hard to remove. Not sure why they got rid of the step tab on the heel to help push the boot off.

These boots are for cold weather only. Don't wear them in warmer months, or you'll go home with soggy feet. These are truly arctic boots. They keep your feet warm and dry in harsh outdoor winter conditions. 10 out of 10!

Nice and warm

For slip-on boots, they hold well while outside working. A Boot Jack is not necessary but very nice to get these off. The longevity of this pricey boot is the problem. The hard shell exterior always cracks on the top, where it creases as you walk. The less warm Mucks do not seem to have this issue. Second pair, same exact issue. Shoe-goo doesn't hold up when making a repair.

GREAT BOOT... EVEN BETTER PRICE...

Comfortable and durable. Keeps my feet warm and dry all day long. Pretty good traction for a rubber boot. I would recommend them to everybody.

Great traction, mediocre insulation

Great fit and traction. Very well made. Only downside is they’re not much more insulated than my chore muck boots. Probably could’ve accomplished the same insulation with better socks in the chore muck boots.

Misleading product name.

First day in 26 degree F weather in snow and mud and my feet were cold within 2 hours and wet by the end of the day somehow plus borderline completely numb. I walked in a deep puddle at one point and was pretty sure I felt water coming in immediately so I had to avoid it - I thought the point of this product was to be completely waterproof. Also, I was wearing heavy wool socks - I’d hate to see how these perform at 0 degrees. They are not “Arctic Pro”. Not sure why they have a steel toe either, it should be composite if the interest is in keeping your toes warm - I thought maybe they’d be insulated enough to keep your toes away from the cold of the steel. Nope. Returning. They were pretty comfortable though for what they are which saves them from a 1 star rating.
