I really can't say enough good things about rugs.com customer service. Their website is easy to navigate, shipping was extremely fast and making a return couldn't have been easier. I purchased the 5' x 8" Beige Athena Shag Rug and it was definitely high quality. It matched the description but the colors were off slightly from the picture. In the picture it shows a nice consistent color, but it was actually a mix between an ivory and beige blotched together. To me, the blotches of beige made the rug look dirty. I ended up returning the rug and it was hassle free. They emailed me a return slip with no questions asked and it was as easy as wrapping the rug up in plastic and taking it to FedEx. I would still recommend the rug, just know that the color pattern is slightly different from what is pictured.
