The rugs are scratchy and won't lay down flat at the edges. I will only buy rugs in person where I can feel the material from now on.

It’s okay.
I bought this rug to use in my kitchen. It looks nice, but I don’t like the material it’s made of. It would be better suited for an outdoor rug. That’s on me though. I should have looked at what it was made of. I love Mark & Day though. They have the beat prices and service!

This rug is simply gorgeous! It did our esthetic perfectly. I love it so much I just ordered one for our back door! The prices are amazing and I love their communication on shipping
